Terms and Conditions:

 

'The Challenge’ will consist of 2 x pairs matchplay games with each team scoring a point for their team (like the Ryder Cup). A halved game results in half a point being awarded to each team. The team scoring the most points wins the match and with it the challenge. If the challengers beat VIISI they win ‘The Prize.’ In the result of a halved match, whichever team has scored the most accumulated stableford points will be the winner. For this reason, no ‘gimmes’ will be allowed.

‘The Prize’ – If you win The Challenge, you will receive £1,000 worth of VIISI services. This can be used for the following services:

• Sales/Marketing Consultancy

• Sales/Marketing Process Audit

• Strategic workshop

• Social media consultancy

• Website audit and editing of existing content

• Audit and editing of all current marketing assets

• Blog articles (up to a maximum of 1 per team win)

The Venue of The Challenge: The Stratford Park Hotel & Golf Club, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 0QE

Requirements: To compete in our ‘Challenge VIISI’ event, you must:

• Be a business owner or director.

• Cover your own green fee and accommodation fee at The Venue.

• Provide a recently certified handicap. (VPAR with 10+ rounds on will qualify)

• Attend a zoom call 7 days prior to the event

• Attend a meal, on the evening of the event.

• Claim Period - If you win The Challenge, you have 90 days to claim The Prize

• If you fail to win The Challenge, you will be required to pay for 1 member of the VIISI teams food and drink for the evening of the event. 

The Prize total will be split across the number of business owners that are challenging VIISI.

Exclusions do apply with regard to the £1,000 spend.

VIISI reserves the right to cancel the event with no less than 24 hours’ notice

VIISI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrants that is regards to have breached these terms and conditions. 

Attendance to this event is at entrant’s sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, VIISI does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses, claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with this event. 

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of VIISI and which prevents VIISI from complying with these terms and conditions, VIISI will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

The Challenge and these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.

Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with VIISI will be kept secure. By entering your details to the above form, entrants agree that their information may be used by VIISI for marketing purposes.
